Adaptive Yoga

Movement, mindfulness, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Adaptive yoga classes at Amplifying Potential Therapy are designed for individuals with disabilities, using gentle movement, breathing, and mindfulness to support flexibility, regulation, body awareness, and confidence. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to meet participants where they are, with a focus on participation, comfort, and individual strengths.

Our small-group classes and individual sessions provide a welcoming and flexible environment for children, teens, and young adults. Whether a participant is new to yoga or already enjoys movement activities, no prior yoga experience is required.

A Yoga Practice That Meets You Where You Are

Adaptive yoga isn't about performing a pose perfectly. It's about exploring movement, noticing your body, practicing regulation, and building confidence in a way that works for you.

Participants are encouraged to engage with activities at their own pace, with adaptations and support available as needed. Every body is different, and every yoga practice can be different, too.

No prior yoga experience is needed.
